Join the many people and organizations in Southeast Texas who support our mission to end hunger in our community.
Among our largest supporters are:
The Beaumont Foundation of America
The Beaumont Foundation, created in 2001, is a nonprofit grant making institution dedicated to enriching the lives and enhancing the futures of less fortunate children and youth, families and the elderly.
The Foundation provides grants and scholarships to a broad range of charitable, religious and educational organizations across the United States. It supports organizations that seek to improve lives by giving people the tools to become educated, healthy and self-reliant through the grant making areas of Education, Health Care, Children and Youth Programs, Social Services (Food, Shelter and Clothing) and its Children of Fallen Heroes Program.
OCI Partners LP
OCI Partners LP was formed in February 2013 to own and operate OCI Beaumont LLC, an integrated methanol and anhydrous ammonia production facility that is strategically located on the Texas Gulf Coast. OCI is an active member of our community and is committed to investing in and sponsoring events and issues that impact it.
The STI Group
The STI Group aims to honor God through faith in Him, by seeking divine guidance and wisdom in all its endeavors. With integrity and unity, the STI Group strives to improve profitability by providing a safe workplace for its employees, quality products and services for its customers, and progressive growth and diversity for its companies. The United Way of Beaumont and North Jefferson County
The United Way improves lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good.
In 2008, United Way World Wide initiated a 10-year program designed to achieve the following goals by 2018:
• Improve education, and cut the number of high school dropouts — 1.2 million students, every year — in half.
• Help people achieve financial stability, and get 1.9 million working families — half the number of lower-income families who are financially unstable — on the road to economic independence.
• Promote healthy lives and increase by one-third the number of youth and adults who are leading healthier lifestyles.
C & S Wholesale Grocers
Based in Keene, New Hampshire, C & S Wholesale Grocers extended its concern for childhood hunger relief to Southeast Texas with generous support for our BackPack Program during the 2015 – 2016 and 2016 – 2017 school years. Focusing their hunger relief efforts on communities around the nation that use the BackPack program to send weekend food home with hungry students but still face high rates of childhood hunger, C & S Wholesale Grocers invested in these communities with additional resources they could apply towards reducing childhood hunger.
