Kids Cafe is an after-school feeding program that provides a hot meal to kids in a safe, positive environment. Southeast Texas Food Bank partners with existing after-school programs that provide tutoring and enrichment to serve hot meals three days each week to the kids. A trained cook prepares the tasty meals with food provided by the Food Bank, and program staff members oversee the meals and work with the Food Bank to make sure everything runs smoothly. This partnership is a great way for Southeast Texas Food Bank to provide a hot meal to kids in need!
