Banana Sushi

This Banana Sushi is the perfect snack for your kids to grab and go. Invite them to build their own filling it with raisins, nuts, chocolate chips or anything else you think would make it taste delicious.

Ingredients:  1 Tortilla, 8-inch soft and whole wheat2 tablespoons peanut butter Cinnamon to taste 1 Banana, peeled 1 tablespoon raisin or chopped nuts or chocolate chips


Directions: Spread a layer of peanut butter across the tortilla. Leave a gap at the edge about as wide as your fingertip. Sprinkle with raisins, nuts, chocolate chips Shake cinnamon on top of the peanut butter Place the peeled banana in the middle of the tortilla Roll the tortilla tightly Cut into 8 pieces
