Domino’s Gives Back….to the tune of 2,500 pounds

The Southeast Texas Food Bank was so excited to collect over 2,500 pounds of food from the local Domino’s Food Drive on June 22. All participating Domino’s Pizza stores in the Golden Triangle gave their customers a large, one-topping pizza deal for $3.99 with the donation of a non-perishable food item.

All food collected was donated to The Southeast Texas Food Bank and 2,500 pounds of food is now being distributed to the hands of those in need in our area. Thanks to Domino’s for helping to fight hunger in Southeast Texas.

Did you know that a $10 donation can help provide up to 40 meals for desperate people in your community? Rest assured, that every penny of your donation will be stretched to it’s maximum effect. By making a donation, you are helping to ensure that hungry children in Southeast Texas are adequately nourished, that none of our senior citizens are forced to chose between medicine and food, and that every family facing a crisis can at least have the assurance of food on the table.

Your gift goes a long, long way!
