We seek an experienced and qualified organizational leader capable of collaborating with our Board of Directors in establishing and pursuing the strategic direction of the Food Bank, while also managing the day-to-day operations of staff and volunteers to enact that strategic focus and deliver mission execution. Ideal candidates should possess financial and business acumen, human resource management experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong public presence, time management and logistical planning capabilities, and a capacity to build broad-based community relationships. Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish would be optimal.
