Make a Difference with Food Day Coming Soon – Saturday, October 15

Come to the Southeast Texas Food Bank on Saturday, October 15 to learn more about proper nutrition and physical activity and the impact good nutrition and exercise practices can have on your health.

Vendors will be present to share information about the resources they can offer and there will be cooking demonstrations, produce giveaways, and physical activities for adults and children.
