Mini Pizzas

Forget take out! These mini pizzas are a great way to get your family involved in making a meal together. The best part, you can explore different topping combinations and not have to worry about who likes black olives and who doesn’t.

Ingredients: 6 English Muffins whole wheat¾ cup Tomato sauce1 cup cheese, low-fat grated Favorite topping such as fresh vegetables or leftover cooked vegetables, choppedOptional- prep muffins before with olive oil and seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano

Directions: Slice English Muffin in half and season accordingly. Toast in oven until slightly brown, 5 minutes. Cover each muffin with 1 tablespoon sauce and 1 tablespoon cheese. Add your favorite toppings. Bake on a cookie sheet at 425F for 10 minutes Refrigerate leftovers and reheat as needed.
