Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Here is a quick and easy smoothie for your kids and the best part about it, it tastes like ice cream! The banana and peanut butter combination in this smoothie provides just the right amount of sweet and creamy flavor that will keep them satisfied all afternoon…or until the next meal. 


Prep Time: 5 minutes Servings: 2 Serving Size: ½ cup Calories: 100 Estimated Cost Per Serving: $1.50

Ingredients: 2 Bananas cut into chunks and frozen¼ cup yogurt, 1% low-fat plain½ cup milk, 1% low-fat1 tablespoon Peanut butter, creamy regular, unsalted Garnish with cinnamon (optional)


Directions: Prep bananas by cutting into chunks a freezingPlace all ingredients in a blender container, cover, and blend until smooth*add more milk to get right consistencyPour into glass sprinkle with cinnamon and serve
