Mobile Pantry

With this program, we bring the pantry to the neighborhood.

The Mobile Market Program directly serves clients in areas of high food Insecurity where people with limited financial resources may not be able to access food through traditional grocery stores or food pantries.

The mobile market expands the capacity of Southeast Texas to distribute food to clients in pre-packed boxes or through a market- style client-choice distribution. We partner with agencies and non-profit organizations.

The mobile market has improved nutrition in rural areas where fresh produce and basic food items are often hard to come by.

The Mobile Market became active in January 2021 and to date has served 5,092 families between 25 sites primarily located in the northern counties of Sabine, Tyler, Polk, Jasper, and Newton.

Did you know that a $10 donation can provide up to 30 meals for desperate people in your community? By making a donation, you are helping to ensure that hungry children in Southeast Texas are adequately nourished, that none of our senior citizens are forced to chose between medicine and food, and that every family facing a crisis can at least have the assurance of food on the table.

Your gift goes a long, long way!
